I believe that our sincerity and honesty towards customers are what make us successful. I’m happy when I see a beautiful and satisfied customer. We need to meet the customers halfway, what they want and how they want, and we’ll suggest what would or would not work for them, because I wouldn’t want to do the style that’s not going to flatter the customers. Most importantly, I never false advertise just to sell products. We must be sincere and honest to our job. Every day before work, we discuss customers’ needs and confidence. We meet halfway, that’s why the result is satisfactory to both the customers and the stylist.
